My goal is to spread a message of true health, wellbeing, and self love. I have recovered from disordered eating habits, binge/restrict cycles and have overcome depression and anxiety.
I am an introvert who enjoys a peaceful and healthy life with my husband. I am originally from Canada but now I live between South Carolina and New York City.
Find me reading poetry, in a hot yoga class, at the gym, thrifting, walking my dogs, roaming the streets of Manhattan looking for an almond croissant or at the lake paddleboarding.

Discovering this Opportunity

how has the water affected me?
For me, its when I DON'T drink the water. I've been drinking it for 7 years so I am used to it now, it’s my norm, but when I DON'T drink it I notice that a I truly dont feel hydrated, my eyes are dry and I have a CRAVING for the water. The KNOWING I am treating my body with what it deserves lights me up.
